Arriving at the Vanity Fair Oscar party—the hottest ticket in town—Paula Patton dazzled in a Piaget rose gold and diamond Heart motif ring. Hollywood royalty and fashion's latest It Girl, Dree Hemingway, looked incredibly chic in a pair of Piaget white gold and diamond drop earrings and a simple diamond solitaire pendant.
