Enclosed in a 31 mm-diameter oval-shaped white gold case, this Haute Joaillerie watch features an elegant black dial lit up by the glittering brilliance of 24 marquise-cut diamonds that adorn its bezel with a thousand points of light. The marquise cut reveals all the brilliance of the stones, which seem to gravitate together as though suspended around the dial. A remarkable prong setting aligns this row of exceptional diamonds to form a dazzling laurel wreath, matched by the brilliant-cut diamonds that also adorn the wreath and the pin buckle of the black satin strap. At the heart of this delicate treasure-trove beats the Piaget 430P ultra-thin hand-wound Manufacture movement, which is only 2.1 mm thick.
