Ultra-thin hand-wound watch in white gold and diamonds. Silvered off-centered dial. Black alligator-skin strap. Case and movement merged to give an ultra-thin watch: just 3.65 mm thick. Its secret lies in the unique design of its white gold case set with 78 diamonds, the back of which also serves as a bottom plate. Merging movement and case, this complex yet attractive architecture results in a reversed construction of the Manufacture Piaget 900P hand-wound caliber, with bridges mounted on the dial side and an off-centered hour and minute display.
